Our partner wanted to launch a new gaming title, and looked to Ampush to drive most of their user acquisition through Facebook. Hothead Games wanted to rapidly scale their user base in a short period of time while remaining ROI-positive.
To drive the best ad performance possible, Ampush Media Analysts opted to showcase exciting gameplay with stylized video ads, including specialty zoom and slow-motion enhancements. Instead of traditional gaming trailers, full action sequences were featured to help users get a feel for actual gameplay. Ampush’s in-house Creative Team created the videos, applied the stylized enhancements, and added specialty call-to-action end screens. Using performance data, Ampush’s Creative Team optimized the videos’ length throughout the campaign to maximize their in-stream appeal.
