This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Ampush Media, Inc. (“Ampush”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.ampush.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Ampush.

We may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Google Analytics

We also collect potentially personally-identifying information that is collected by Google Analytics’ Display Advertising (Demographics and Interests Reporting).  This tool allows us to review anonymous data regarding the gender, age and interests of website visitors and adapt our website content to better reflect their needs and to analyze how users use this site (which may be published in reports for internal use).   Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics regarding your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Google may use the data collected to track and examine the use of this site, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services, and/or to use contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.  Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Google Ad settings or through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
